Last night was the 826 Seattle pre-Bumbershoot fundraising extravaganza benefit show. I hastily typed something about it and posted a video of the grand finale (an all-star cast playing Colin Meloy's worst song) this morning [metblogs]. After the show, I was being Whitney's Seattle entourage/provider of added context. Since she's friends with one of the bands, this involved drinking with famous people at the Mecca and the Capitol Club.

Now, off to Bumbershoot. Somehow, I messed up my foot, which should make standing around and rocking out all day a bit of a challenge.
