On the way to class, I passed the bicycle with horns on the handlebar. By horns, mean neither things created to make alert sounds for use in urban traffic, nor brass instruments. Bony protuberances (1) once accustomed to an existence on an animal's skull were now keeping residence on a bicycle.

Seeing this, I wonder whether the owner of the bicycle was personally responsible for the acquisition of the horns. I wonder how much effort went into the customization and ponder the existence of a specialty store where individuals could seek animal-machinery customizations for their vehicles. I consider whether the horns are meaningful to the rider or just meant to be clever.

I realize that I write too much about incidental topics and too little about reality.

(1) This is to emphasize that they were not antlers.

maybe the bicycle rider was from Texas...

Re:

hmmm. I don't think the horns were of the Texas variety, they seemed a little more exotic.
well, the rich ones go on Safaries

Re:

Oh yeah, they probably need to go elsewhere to find more exciting things to kill.
