Sometime after ten o' clock last night, a couple of inches of snow fell. By midnight, a couple of snowmen appeared. This morning on the way to the office a woman was trying to move a giant ball of snow toward her front door. When I went to the HUB this afternoon, only the bits of snow with the sense to aggregate into snowmen remained on the lawn. Everything else was green.
But it is still cold.
When I got home, I made reservations to go to Hawaii for a conference in April. I'd been putting it off for the past few weeks. Today's dose of winter provided great motivation.
