dr. king / live from class?

many days have passed as I ignored this. Now Im not paying attention to my class - the danger of web notes.

after the board retreat, we went home. (no that was quite a statement.) Nathan got stuck twice
first, his car didn.t start and when it did, he needed to be pushed. Then, when we came to Chief Noonday, we saw that his car was in the ditch. Much cooperation ensued, and we were eventually able to lift the car & set him on his way. (almost as good as a planned team building exercise.)
Sunday night, Toad Lane hosted a celebration of the Academic Assembly's victory of getting classes cancelled in memory of Dr. king's legacy. Because of this, Sunday was quite the Drinking night which would not have been complete without Fred.

Monday included such festivities as a lab meeting and then a March. Starting from the Union, we marched to the Wharton Center. Surprisingly, the place was over_filled raising Concerns that the fire Marshall would come and Shut the place down. Alas, we the MSU community, dodged his gaze and the festivities continued - featuring performances by some Charter school kids sharing their skills of dancing, singing, and hate-Mongering. Student leaders gave tributes, some more offensive than others. Not to mention big Mac who showcased his genuinely sub-stellar public speaking skills.
post MLK included a trip to Peanut Barrel with Nate, Nate, & Nick.
