the weather holds. it is lovely. I get up early and do my homework. Then it's off to meet with my group for our project about trade and emerging infectious diseases. We still have nineteen days and none of us are enthusiastic about getting finished in a timely fashion.

We finish early and I have time to read before class. My current book: </i>CivilWarLand in Bad Decline</i> by George Saunders. It's a collection of short stories. They're dark and funny and touching. Also, many are set in some type of amusement industry.

After class, I run. Tonight, I think that I'll try to do my schedule for spring quarter. I want to take something completely different for fun. Getting this mystery fun class to fit into my schedule will be another matter...

There's another Survivor. It feels a little too soon for me. Didn't Ethan win a couple weeks ago?
