the onion gets it right (almost)

An almost perfect article from The Onion about my hometown:

95 Percent Of Opinions Withheld On Visit To Family
KALAMAZOO, MI--A full 95 percent of the opinions held by Justin Wilmot, 26, were kept to himself Sunday during a Father's Day visit with his family.

Contest: See if you can identify the minor inaccuracies in the article!

does it have anything to do with arturo's mexican food?
great guess. as far as I know, there is no Arturo's.

But it's possible that there is an Arturo's that I don't know about.
I think you're right, I have never heard of an Arturo's in Kzoo either, and my mom used to take us all over for Mexican food. But, I could be wrong too...
Actually, there is an Arturos. I've never been, but I know it exists. I thought the article was a bit unfair to Kalamazoo since it was generalizing, but whatever, it was funny.

Did you know that Prarie Round Home or Prarie Home Round (an NPR show) was live from Kalamazoo last night? It was fun to listen to. My dad and stepmom were in the audience, of course, and my stepmom's band played the after-show (not aired Nationally unfortunately).
That's incredible. I just assumed that they picked random midwestern bylines for those stories. I wonder if they have a writer from Kalamazoo. Maybe Fred has a new secret assignment.

We'll definitely need to schedule a table 15 trip to this Arturo's. Is it really on 3rd? That doesn't seem like it should really be a Kalamazoo street with any commerce.

I think that the other error was the part about a WalMart. Is there even a Wal-Mart in town?

I'm so out of the loop.
As I mentioned in the email, there is no Arturo's, I was totally wrong.

There is a Wal-Mart in I think Plainwell.
