chair, apartment

friday is for airports

Friday was spent almost entirely in transit, with early morning packing and unremarkable flights. Jenna picked me up first and we went to and from her house to get Matt and Rhiannon. The guy by the baggage claim used old world methods to keep track of arrivals and used military time, which seemed very funny at the time.

After everyone had arrived, we went back to Jenna's, toured the house, and inflated mattresses using a hairdryer, and occasionally a hand pump that made terrible wheezing noises. I managed not to bleed on Jenna's grandmother's quilt while sleeping on her futon.
