the only earth?

lame tiredness

Erin had a sorta-birthday event tonight; so I got to catch up with a lot of people that I hadn't seen all quarter. I had a nice time and was fairly socially functional, but now I am ever so ready for bed. I recognize that there's some degree of lameness involved with calling it quits at only one o'clock on a Friday night, but it has really been a tiring week.

I just wanted to note how nice it is to officially "un-set" my alarm. I've had it on every day this week for various purposes which is not at all typical. Of course I usually wake up a few minutes before it goes off. Anyway, it will be especially nice not to anticipate it's cheery sounds in the morning.
the only earth?

(no subject)

Today has been perhaps one of my laziest in recent memory. I tried doing some work, but my brain is simply not functional. I think that I need to start sacrificing clever for practical on this project.

Oh - while I was typing this I just saw the error that was causing the last couple hours of confusion. How stupid of me to forget the !=2. That's a little relief.

Tonight I'm going to see Beulah, John Vanderslice, and the Long Winters. This should be pretty decent.
