mission statement of the month

well, this is it. February is well on its way and January is but a thing of the past.

Instead of a full-year resolution, I think that I'll have sub-resolutions for each month. I think that last month's was to start keeping a regular journal and to engage in regular fitness activities.

Since I set this retrospectively, I think I've been rather successful. I've managed to use this journal at least once per day, and have been running 2-3 times per week. This month, I think that I should develop these resolutions further. Whereas January was about regularity , in February I'll work on quality.

Is this a good start? I'm not sure. I did post from the NYTimes today.
