Hmmm, probably a lot of things. But to celebrate the dream of Martin Luther King Jr., I helped to paint some walls at a nursery school in Crown Hill. I can't quite make the connection to MLK, but I'm sure it has something to do with community service. Anyway, I know the "team leader", and she persuaded me to participate in a fun day of climbing up on ladders, risking my life in the name of good trim work. The classroom started off horrible shades of yellow and green and ended up with a decent butter color paired with electric blue. Nothing quite like love muffin blue walls to get the preschool day off to a good start! Despite my cynicism, it was somewhat enjoyable and the room actually looked a lot better with the new paint.
Having accomplished something today, now I just feel lazy.
