try the dollar store?
stupid tags
crisis averted. there were plenty to be found at the Broadway Rite Aid.

I pretend to (randomly) hate Rite Aid, but they have never let me down w/r/t my Cadbury Creme Egg needs. I might pick up more on the way home, but I didn't want to look psycho carrying so many with me to my office.
You should buy out their Cadbury Creme eggs and put a lot of them in the freezer and then have them in the summer.
that's the plan! I'm still waiting to test the effects of thawing, but at $0.31/egg it's hard to go wrong.
you could grind it up into vanilla ice cream too
I don't know how well the gooey center would grind. Maybe if frozen? I should take some to Dairy Queen to see if they'd make a custom Blizzard.

it's nice to know someone else who shares my Cadbury obsession

Jason went to the store last week and bought some Easter candy, but no Cadbury Eggs, claiming he thought I had plenty left. (As if there's such a thing as having too many or something!)Then on Easter I mentioned I was going to have to buy more Cadbury Eggs like immediately before they were gone and he told me he hadn't seen them anywhere in the last couple of days so I was of course heart broken. Then later that night he tells me he has a surprise, and gives me a couple boxes of Eggs! He'd just been trying to trick me about them being all gone, which is a pretty mean trick to play in my opinion, even if I did get my fix in the end. I'm definitely going to Rite Aid this week in hopes of stocking up. Let me know how the freezing/thawing works out.

Re: it's nice to know someone else who shares my Cadbury obsession

I've had one in the freezer for over a month -- I think that it's about time to thaw it to see if the wonderfulness survived the icy hibernation.
Did you check the Bartells on the Ave? I know that's where my friends buy them everyday..
I bought 40 at Rite Aid. I hope that's enough to last through the year!
